The client
The U.S. Polo Assn. brand is the official brand of the United States Polo Association (USPA), the governing body of the sport of polo in the United States.
The objective
The main challenge was to design a useful user interface on a grid level, and to do that I chose to approach the mobile version first. The result is a full responsive E-commerce that resizes and fits properly on all devices. The brief was very extensive but at the same time open for new ideas. I started studying carefully the current site and their strict brand guidelines in order to gain a better understanding of what I could and couldn’t do from a design perspective. I used Breadcrumb, smart filters and animated navigation menus to give users the right feedback to enjoy a better navigation. Since the objective of any E-commerce is the profit, I also provided the site with "you may also like" box to increase sales. http://shop.uspoloassn.com
